Small companies sign supply and wholesale agreements without legal review, and an AI summary without sources can’t be trusted.
Try it live
Open the sample wholesale supply agreement or upload a contract. Read the risk radar across liability, termination, renewal, payment and IP. Click a finding to jump to the highlighted passage, then generate a redline.
Proves

Engineering highlights
- The same pdf.js text layer runs on the server and in the browser, so citation offsets land on the exact characters.
- Every finding must quote the contract verbatim, and the server checks each quote against the source text before showing it, so an invented clause never reaches the screen.
- It flags missing clauses too, such as no liability cap. The playbook is editable data kept outside the prompt.
